Find the Jemono cells by following these rules:

  1. One Jemono in each colored region.
  2. One Jemono in each row and column.
  3. Jemonos cannot touch, even diagonally.

Tap a cell once to leave a power mark. Each character has a unique mark: flames, music notes, moons, stars, crystals, hearts, lightning, snowflakes, or leaves. Marks rule out cells; the puzzle rules stay the same. Tap it again to look for a Jemono. When you find one, leave power marks in its row, column, region, and all eight surrounding cells. Press and drag across several cells to leave power marks. Dragging only leaves power marks; it never places Jemonos or costs lives. Use Undo if you mark a cell by mistake. Found Jemonos stay in place; you can use Undo before completing the level.

Start each level with three lives. If you try to place Jemono in the wrong cell, you lose one life and the power mark stays. Leaving a power mark costs no lives. When all three lives are lost, you can retry the level. Undo does not restore lives. You get three hints per level. Find a Jemono without a hint to earn 100 points. Completing a level earns 300 points, plus 1,000 for making no mistakes. Discoveries and special bonuses are awarded once per level. Completing a replay earns 200 practice points. Complete level 9 to unlock Jemono Beat at level 10. Reach level 50 to unlock the exclusive Inferno Jemono. Inferno is earned through level progress and cannot be bought. Choose a character in «Your characters». Your progress and characters are saved in this browser.
